Shipping information

  • Both UK and ROW orders are shipped directly from the UK within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.
  • Orders are shipped Monday- Friday, weekend orders are shipped Monday.
  • The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is despatched.
  • Please note that we are unable to make any changes to an order once they have been packaged and dispatched.

Pre-Orders

All pre-ordered products will be shipped on the shipping date stated in the product description.

If your order contains both an in-stock and pre-ordered product, they will be shipped at the same time, once the pre-ordered product arrives. If you require the in-stock product before please place two separate orders.
